What this website collects
Nothing. This website collects no personal data whatsoever. There is no analytics, no tracking pixels, no advertising scripts, no session recording, and no form submissions processed by our servers.
The contact form on this site uses a mailto: link Clicking "Send enquiry" opens your own email application with a pre-filled message. Your enquiry is sent from your email account directly to ours. Our website never sees it.
Cookies
This website uses no tracking or advertising cookies. Our hosting provider (Lovable) may set a strictly necessary session cookie as part of normal web infrastructure. This contains no personal information and is not used for tracking or marketing.
Because we set no non-essential cookies, no consent banner is required under PECR. The notice that appears on your first visit is informational only.
Third-party services
Hosting. This site is hosted via Lovable. Their infrastructure may log standard server access data (IP addresses, browser type, page requests) for security and operational purposes. We have no access to or control over these logs.
Facebook. We have a Facebook business page. If you visit or interact with it, Meta's own privacy policy governs what they collect. We do not embed Facebook pixels or widgets on this website.
When you contact us directly
When you call, email, or message us on Facebook, you share personal information with us (your name, contact details, details about your garden). We use that information only to respond to you and carry out any work you agree to. We do not pass it to third parties, use it for marketing, or store it in any system beyond normal email correspondence.
Standard email correspondence is kept for as long as is reasonably necessary to deal with your enquiry and any work that follows. If you ask us to delete your details, we will do so.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of any personal data we hold about you. Because we store nothing on this website, the only data we could hold is correspondence you have sent us directly.
To exercise any right, contact us by phone or email (details above). We will respond within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk or by calling 0303 123 1113.
Changes to this policy
We will update the date at the top of this page if anything changes. As a small local business with no data infrastructure, we don't anticipate frequent changes.
